Note:
Custom-cut cushion foam has a dimensional tolerance of 1" for length and width, and 1/2" for thickness. Custom-cut mattress foam has a dimensional tolerance of 1-1/2" for length and width, and 1/2" for thickness.

Largest Solid Sheet
The largest solid size available is 50" x 90". When any one piece of foam is ordered larger than that, it will be sent as SEPARATE UN-GLUED PIECES. We will NOT glue the foam together. If you wish to join the pieces yourself, spay adhesive is available for purchase. View our spray adhesive options.
